The project executor is UAB "Idėjų valda" - a company that has been providing financial management and risk management services for more than 10 years. In 2022, RiskPlanner, a prototype for risk assessment and management of sales processes, was developed and presented on the market. During this new project, we want to reach as many users as possible by creating a new product - an app that provides data on legal entities registered in Lithuania. This product will be developed and placed in the app marketplace for the leading CRM provider - Salesforce. From it, every Salesforce user will be able to download the app easily and for free, install it in their business management system and use all its functionalities.
Product features are:
Easy and fast data search about legal entities registered in Lithuania. Data about legal entities operating in Lithuania will be added to the database. Therefore, the user of the system will be able to search for companies, filter and get basic information about companies.
Company evaluation. Financial information of the company will be collected from public sources. This information will be used to evaluate the company. The risk assessment and management platform RiskPlanner already has developed and integrated algorithms that calculate company ratings using financial data and information on settlement habits. Since the publicly available information about the company's finances is quite limited, new evaluation algorithms will be developed during the project. These algorithms will use not only publicly available financial data, but also past company valuations from the RiskPlanner platform. In this way, the algorithm will be trained to determine the risk group of companies as accurately as possible based on limited data.
The project will address the following issues:
First of all, the implementation of the project will increase the accessibility and ease of use of Lithuanian data for foreign companies and private individuals. In this way, international cooperation with Lithuanian companies will be promoted.
Secondly, in addition to the available data, a risk assessment of possible cooperation with that company will be presented. This free information will identify the risk class, based on which a quick decision on cooperation can be made
Thirdly, free data and risk assessment of Lithuanian companies may be relevant for companies operating in Lithuania. This would encourage the digitization of companies and the adoption and implementation of innovations in the work environment. The transition to the Salesforce system can be beneficial not only because of easily accessible company data or evaluation, but the use of the CRM system can improve the company's performance, automate processes and raise the overall economy and technological progress of Lithuania.
Fourth, there is no Lithuanian tool in the Salesforce app library. We would be one of the first to create and publish an app for the Salesforce community, and thus raise the profile and prestige of Lithuania.
